An ebook purchase grants immediate reading access to the title. Because access is granted instantly and the content cannot be "returned", ebook purchases are not refundable once access has been granted, except where:
In either case, contact us with your proof of payment and we will refund the affected amount to your original payment method.
You may cancel a printed-copy order, free of charge, at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you remain covered by the return terms below.
If a printed copy arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including the delivery fee) once the issue is confirmed. Printed copies returned for any other reason (e.g. change of mind) may be accepted at our discretion, at your cost for return shipping, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method used at checkout, via our payment provider. Processing typically takes a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
