This policy covers printed textbooks purchased through HybridE, published by Hybrid Learning Solutions (PTY) LTD. It does not apply to ebooks, which are delivered instantly as in-app reading access and are never physically shipped.
We currently ship printed textbooks to addresses within South Africa only.
A single delivery fee is added at checkout for printed-copy orders, shown on the checkout screen before you pay. This fee applies per order.
You provide your delivery name, address, city, postal code, and contact number at checkout. Orders are dispatched once payment has been confirmed. Please make sure your details are accurate — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Dispatch and courier delivery times vary by location within South Africa. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us with your order reference and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
