These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the HybridE app and website (together, "HybridE"), published by Hybrid Learning Solutions (PTY) LTD ("the Company"). By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.
HybridE and all textbook content, cover images, trademarks, branding, and platform software made available through it are the property of Hybrid Learning Solutions (PTY) LTD or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property or copyright to you. Purchasing a title grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to read that title through HybridE — it does not grant ownership of the content.
Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Each account is locked to a single active device at a time; signing in on a new device signs the account out of the previous one. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You may not, and may not attempt to:
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently cancel any account found to be in violation of these Terms — including copyright infringement or account/credential sharing — and to revoke that account's access to HybridE and any purchased content. Such action may be taken without refund or other monetary compensation of any kind.
Purchases grant access to the purchased title(s) for personal use only, subject to these Terms, and are not a sale of the underlying content or any right to redistribute it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
